The journal of political studies “Palitychnaja sfera” (“Political sphere”) (www.palityka.org) announces a call for papers for the thematic issue #13.

The main focus of the issue is the following: elites, political patronage and informal politics.
- Elites and politics: history, geography, anthropology.
- Elites and privileged groups in Eastern Europe.
- Pressure group and interest groups.
- Lobbing.
- Corporations, clans and patronage in modern society.
- Political networks and informal groups.
- Informal politics and dispersion of power.
- Informal politics and corruption.
Text is to be submitted in Belarusian, Russian or English.
Articles on the other topics are welcome as well.
Texts must not contain plagiarism. The board of editors keeps the right of public announcement when plagiarism is found in the sent texts.
Only the texts which were not published before neither as a part of monograph nor as a separate article can be submitted.
Further re-publication of the texts must contain references to its publication at “Palitycznaja sfera”. The same concerns also the use of the articles for writing monographs, publications in Internet, etc.
When the text is republished or used for other publications, you need to inform the editing board of “Palitycznaja sfera”.
Basic requirements:
1.Minimum size 30 000 characters, maximum 45 000 characters.
2.Articles submitted to the Journal pass through academic review.
3.Apart of the text the following information should be submitted: a) information about the author; b) text annotation; c) key-words (tags).
4.Information about the author. Information about the author must contain: scientific field or discipline, country, academic and administrative status and other essential information. Size: 2-3 sentences.
5.Annotation. Annotation must reflect the main ideas of the text. Size: not more than 120 words. Annotation is submitted in the original language and in English.
6.Key-words (tags). 4-5 key-words.
