Dear colleagues,

USU is seeking to apply for a Russian Ministry of Education grant, which implies organizing some fellowships at Ural CASE. It would be great if you or someone from your organization are interested in taking part in the programme.
Well, the deadline in the letter stands as July 10th, which is today. We expanded it until July 15th (for the documents needed). However, I would appreciate if those of you who ARE interested, express your interest in contacting me via e-mail sooner.
